2. In the case of payment by credit card, the User's card will be debited immediately after confirmation of dispatch of the goods. If some of the products ordered are out of stock, the value of these will be credited to the User's card after the order is closed.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY/AVAILABILITY AND CONSUMPTION

1. Orders will be delivered within 5 working days after the order is placed. Delivery is carried out by the company ECO SHIPPING, LDA.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES

1. Prices are to be understood in Euros, with taxes and fees included, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.

2. If there is an increase in the price of any product/service, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to receive their order (paying the difference) or cancel it.

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND RETURN

1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by ECO SHIPPING, LDA. The request must be sent in writing to the contact email ihbous@ecoshipping.pt, up to 10 days after the order, and the instructions for cancellation or refund of the amount paid and/or return of the goods will be answered and defined by ECO SHIPPING, LDA, using the same means of communication.

2. Whenever possible, the refund should be made using the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the user must present proof of payment and account or card ownership, so that the refund can be made by Bank Transfer.

3. ECO SHIPPING, LDA undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum period of 15 days.

4. Returned products must be in a saleable condition, that is, in the same condition in which they arrived in the User's hands, without any anomaly or damage.

5. If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the same, the settlement conditions will be indicated by ECO SHIPPING, LDA.

 

ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY POLICY

Your data is processed in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. These data, subject to computer processing, will be included in the database(s) of ECO SHIPPING, LDA and are intended for the registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information, to be made available by them.

Providing it is optional and, under the terms of the law, you are guaranteed the right to access, rectify and cancel any data that directly concerns you, in person or in writing, directly to the address on the home page of this website.

Terms and Conditions

PREAMBLE

1. These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between ECO SHIPPING, LDA, with registered office at Av. do Atlântico nº16, Edifício Panoramic, 14º Piso, Escritório 8 - Parque das Nações Cx. 1990-019 Lisboa, tax identification number 517906376 and contact number +351 964 799 514, hereinafter referred to as “ECO SHIPPING“ and persons wishing to make purchases through the website www.ecoshipping.pt, hereinafter referred to as “User”.

 

2. The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.ecoshipping.pt will be governed exclusively by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the website.

ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT

1. The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide and define all the information necessary for the User regarding the methods of ordering, selling, paying for and providing services or delivering purchases made on the website www.ecoshipping.pt


2. These terms and conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place an order and ensure the follow-up of this order/provision of services between the Contracting Parties.

 

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER

1. The User places his/her order by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.ecoshipping.pt, adding the product(s) or service(s) he/she wishes to order to the shopping basket:

To place his/her order, the User must: a) Register on the website www.ecoshipping.pt, providing the information requested therein. b) Log in (providing a combination of email and password chosen by the User when registering). c) Complete the information and choose the options available to you throughout the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the tax identification number and name that, for tax purposes, you wish to appear on the invoice).

 

3. The final confirmation of the order by the User is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products/services available for sale, as well as these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

 

4. ECO SHIPPING, LDA will honour orders received online up to the limit of available stocks. In the event of unavailability of the product/service, ECO SHIPPING, LDA undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.

 

5. The data contained in the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User. Once the invoice has been issued, it cannot be reissued with changes.

 

6. Orders are valid for 15 (fifteen) days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different period. It is not possible to guarantee the provision of the service, prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this period. If payment is not received by our services within the aforementioned period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be returned or used in a new order.
